No. Nancy Non-Medical Transport is non-emergency, non-medical transportation. We do not provide medical care during transport. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
We recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance. Same-day requests may be available depending on our schedule.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full fare.
At this time, we do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service or via an approved agreement with a facility or agency.
We can either wait on-site (standard wait-time fees apply) or return at a scheduled time to pick you up. Let us know your preference when booking.
